CBS screws up big time; ripping apart Buzz Bissinger using history
CBS took the “C” out of its name a couple of days ago.
According to this post on whatsupwiththat, the news organization posted a press release on its site, disguised it as an AP story, found out it was bullshit and then took the story down without a retraction.
No wonder people are distrusting the mainstream media more and more.

My good friend, former collegue and new collegue Ryan Killian at Hash Marks (not the ESPN version) took Buzz Bissinger to task on one of his latest ignorant comments, and he uses history to do it.
The funny part, Bissinger tried to use the same history to prove his point.
Bissinger is a great writer (I’m halfway watching Friday Night Lights on FX as I type), but man he needs to start shutting his mouth.
